Template grafico per agenzia immobiliare, naturalmente come tutti i termplate può essere facilmente adattato anche per altre attività. Con il template NON viene fornito il database per la gestione immobili. L’idea è quella di dare la possibilità di diversificare la gestione degli immobili, per questo ho reso disponibile nel progetto due pagine IMMOBILI dedicate, naturalmente solo una di queste potrà essere attivata ed utilizzata.
Quella che vedete attiva (gestione base) è realizzata direttamente con website, sono schede dedicate che andranno tenute aggiornate, cancellate e reinserite in base alle esigenze dell'agenzia, consigliata per gestire solo pochi immobili. La seconda versione (pagina non visibile di defoult), che ritengo la più idonea per grossi volumi di dati, è una pagina predisposta per essere integrata tramite iframe responsive (il codice iframe è incluso nel template) ad un database esterno indipendente da website. Questa soluzione è quella che ho adottato per un'agenzia che deve gestire più di un centinaio di immobili mediante un portale dedicato.

The idea is to give the opportunity to diversify the real estate management, so I have made available two dedicated PROPERTY pages in the project, of course only one of them can be activated and used. What you see active (basic management) is made directly with websites, are dedicated cards that will be kept up to date, deleted and re-inserted according to the needs of the agency, advised to handle only a few properties. The second version (defoult non-visible page), which I think is most appropriate, is a page designed to be integrated with iframe responsive (the iframe code is included in the template) to an external database independent of the website. This is the solution I have adopted for an agency that has to handle more than a hundred properties through a dedicated portal.
